Is it possible to swallow pills without water/juice/whatever?!

Accumulate enough saliva to swallow it down with :) I've done it before. The whole point of having some liquid is so it flows done your throat better. But some medications do need you to have water just to increase effectiveness of the pill.

Yes. I used to do that when I was a kid. Just tilt your head back and drop it in. Eating food or drinking liquids afterwards will help it go all the way down if it becomes stuck in the throat. Also you can eat or drink something before hand to lubricate your throat.
if i take advil or tylenol for a headache or any aches and pains i have to have a full glass of water...if i don't i feel sick and a couple of times a threw up..so i can't just swallow them..i always wonder how people just swallow it when i see it on TV or something..
+ doesn't it usually say drink a full glass of water in the directions?
