I woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning.?!

go to sleep again and wake up at the right side

if you're artistic, create an art piece

Get some drinks in you

read some jokes or call the person that makes you feel best

dont bump into the wall next time....lol

Think of something funny-either something a friend said or your pet etc. Then just smile laugh and release the bad mood that you are having. Watch a funny movie or call a friend to talk.

the solution is simple: have a nice siesta, and wake up on the other side this time!

Put an electric fence across the middle of the bed.

Try your best to calm down. Take everything said to you in the best way possible. And if you can't (this sounds stupid, i know, it works.) Think of ten positive things people have done for you in the last couple of days. If none of the above works, i suggest getting a bit more sleep :P

take a deep breath and treat your self to a bubblebath and a hot drink. it makes me feel better.

someone lost a loved one today, someone was diagnosed with cancer, someone was in a car accident and is paralized today, someone lost their eyesight....

you are alive and healthy be grateful for the life you have.

you should relax and refresh your self if you like meditating is good to soo just dont give up on your self and if a little thing bothers you put that away

CalM DOWN things could be worse life is short remember

Put some pillows along the side of the bed, then you won't hit your head when you do that!

No seriously, when I do that I find alcohol and a good natter with mates does wonders. Failing that CHOCOLATE!

well if ya drank coffe thats probly y
beacuse coffe stays in your bood steam 12 hr after the intake and if you have it after 10am then you will probly have a rest less night sleep
if you can keep off the coffe :)

hmm i wake up on the wrong side of the bed most mornings - i'm a grouch in the a.m.!
what helps me is a long hot shower, followed by a good cuppa tea and fifteen minutes of alone time! by then i can usually walk out the door and be civil with people and after an hour or so in the office i will settle down!
if not i just grumble under my breath and people will leave me alone unless its a dire emergency! lol
