Question: Plastic surgery is not necessary. It is your choice to enhance your appearance for aesthetic purposes or to keep what you have as is. It will only become a necessity if it is performed for functionality reconstructive purposes.
It is not love that is blind but the lovers. Love is clairvoyant for it can see what the eyes can not see. Love is not love if it can only see the surface and not what is within.
In our superficial world, we confine ourselves in a "box". It has become our mindset that beauty is only skin deep. We set such a standard for what is beautiful, forgetting that none of us is ugly, since we are all unique and we only have ourselves to blame for these many low self esteem issues.
So my say to that is, no. Just sharing my piece of mind :)

Well, you should only do it to please yourself. The spouse is required to love you at all times.
plastic surgery is not necessary unless you were born disabled or a weird face but other then those love yourself for who you are and the rite person will come around sooner or later.
