If you develop blood clots on your lungs you will have a cough.
If you are concerned about this visit your doctor and ask him to check your blood pressure and blood and for a change of contraception.
With the upset tummy you just have to wait for your results to come back, there are so many things that could cause an upset tummy.
you can only have a pulmonary embolism if you already have DVT! and somehow i don't think you have it so stop being a crying baby hypochondriac!!
