I'm 16 and i've been very shy since i was 5 does that mean i'll be s!
Question: No. I'm 18 and a few years ago, I was really shy. People told me "You are so quiet and shy." They were right. But not anymore. With the help of my friends, I learned how to relax around people I don't know and just have a good time. But there's nothing wrong with being shy, you know.

The hardest thing in the world is getting over being shy i have been since i was 7.
Its more than likely that you'll always have a shy side even as you get older. If you had it for this long than its probably part of your personality. Nothing wrong with that. But as you get older and start maturing things wont seem so intimidating and embarrassing thus you'll be less shy.
No I was shy at school right up to being in my twenties, I now do demonstrations and workshops to a hundered people at a time hypnotherapy and confidence building classes worked for me.
