If I haven't eaten in a while..?!


Question: Haven't eaten in like 18 hours...its 10 am now, haven't ate since about 4 pm yesterday.

I threw up earlier this morning...barely anything came out though. Should I try to eat even though I'm not even hungry? Or should I just drink fluids and get some rest?

Try to eat something light... and do drink a lot of fluids. If you still can't keep the food down, just drink.

EAT! Sometimes your body gets so hungry it no longer wastes energy sending hunger signals.

Gingerale, digestive cookies work for me.

Drink some fluids and maybe eat some saltines to see if they'll stay down.

eat and drink or your gonna feel a lot of pain in your stomach and the rest of your body

if you want to try eating try some crackers they will most like stay down

i would try eating a bit and see what happense but if you feel really ill see your doctor. cuz it might get bad just might but yeah. good luck

You should go see a doctor, you are probably sick, which would explain why you throw up as well as why you do not feel hungry.

I would at least try to eat something small, so that if you do throw up again, it won't be that bad. Also I would do like you suggested and drink fluids so that you don't get dehydrated from throwing up.

u can last up to 7 days without food but u have to drink water and whay are u doin this ?
try to eat fruits and vegetables if u wanna lose weight
but if ur eyes are black than that means u really have to eat

well theres a reason your not eating. is it because your starving yourslef. or that your just not hunggry. or do you have health problems. it all depends. if you are starving yourself EAT SOMETHING. but if you have health problems than eat something light. but if you hhavn't ate because you aren't hungry than still eat something.

dont eat alot... cuz ur tummy isnt really in the mood for heavy things.... jus munch on some things and keep it light.....
