What are the symptoms of hardening or clogged arteries???!
Question: During the process of plaque buildup that causes clogged or blocked arteries in itself, will not produce any symptoms. However, once the arteries become narrowed or clogged from plaque buildup, then you may experience symptoms of a heart attack or a stroke. It is important to watch your diet, have your blood testing for cholesterol, lipids, etc. as this can lead to the arteries to become clogged. This is even more important if there is a family history of high cholesterol, heart attack, stroke, obesity. I hope that this is useful.

You may have NO SYMPTOMS if they are 'clogged' with cholesterol ... until you get tested or have a heart attack or stroke. The 'hardening of the arteries' is really just what was said to cause 'senile dementia' but that is also actually a 'cholesterol problem' as well as the arteries not 'expanding and contracting' as well (blood pressure up/down) as we get older.
