That much aspirin could irritate your stomach or colon to the point of bleeding. Since aspirin keeps your blood from clotting (thinner is actually an incorrect term), you could lose a great deal of blood, maybe die, depending on the mg and your kg/lbs. Alcohol also keeps your blood from clotting so the action would be increased.
If you don't die, you could damage several organs and end up on meds for the rest of your life. It would be a miserable way to live, like torture.
This is why they say you should not take aspirin or NSAIDS for a headache after you drink too much. The drugs and alcohol stay in your system longer than just the time you feel drunk.
I advise against both.
Good luck.

OD!

Not recommended ! Could cause stomach irritation, ulcers, or vomiting large amounts of blood. ( Aspirin is a blood thinner, making treatment more difficult)

Your headache will probably go away, but you might get a stomach ache.

Alcohol may not impact either ache.

You are most certainly below the threshold for a toxic dose. You aren't going to lose blood, you aren't going to die, and you aren't going to have to go on freaking dialysis. If you are concerned, or if the stomach ache gets too bad, call poison control or your family doctor.

The toxic dose of aspirin is generally considered greater than 150 mg per kg of body mass. Moderate toxicity occurs at doses up to 300 mg/kg, severe toxicity occurs between 300 to 500 mg/kg, and a potentially lethal dose is greater than 500 mg/kg.

Supposing they were 500mg tablets and you weighed 50kg you'd be at 80mg per kg - about half the toxic dose. If they were less than 500mg or if you weigh more than 50kg then all the better.

You could damage your kidney's and have to be hooked up to a dialysis machine that takes the blood out of your body, cleans it and puts it back..a painful three hour process three times weekly. You would have a permanent port in your arm to hook up to the machine which would have to be regularly replaced. Along with that you could OD and cause other organs, such as heart and stomach great damage too. There is a reason why there are dosage instructions with all medicine and it is never wise to take medication within eight hours or longer of drinking alcohol.
