Loud stomach grumbling?!

Question: I always eat a good breakfast everymorning. eggs and toast with butter and an apple.
In first period I am fine- no grumbling at all.
Every single day during second period it gets totally loud and it sounds so embarrasing and everyone stares at me b/c my stomach is so loud.
why does it do this. it's not b/c im hungry, it just grumbles a lot.
and i'm not gassy either it just makes a lot of noise.

why does this happen and how can i make it stop?

That's not your stomach that's growling... it's an old wife's tale.
What you are actually hearing is your intestines moving to make room for more food. The noise you hear is called borborygmi. I know there's an actual name for the sound that's pronounced like it sounds. lol!
So, it sounds like you have a high metabolism. yeah! People with high metabolism should eat 6 small meals a day to keep them energized all day.
I suggest freezing some grapes and eating them between classes or crackers like low sodium wheat thins. It's a healthy yummy snack.
If it bothers you that much, you should see a doctor and discuss your concerns.

Call the doctor.

Your stomach is craving for food.. Make sure you're not only eating Breakfast.. Eat lunch, and bring fruits with you.

Get an HIV test, it can cause similar gastric trouble.

maybe you have to poo and just don't know it

u need to space out your meals.
eat less but more frequest.
eat piece of bread before 2nd period, it wont "grumble" then.
last resort. buy some tums.

Your tummy might have a hard time digesting your b'fast. try taking a few rolaids on your way out the door for school.

Your pants might be too tight and causing you to have gas. Even though you say its not gas, it sounds like trapped gas. It wouldn't hurt to go get some beano or gas-x to see if it resolves it. If not, is your bowel movements regular?? This could cause this as well.

Drink some water before second period, or class. It worked for me, also did you know breath mints help lower gas inside the belly.
