Yes and no. If the constipation results in a bowel obstruction (common thing to happen), the person would think they are no longer constipated because it is likely they would develop diarrhea which would ooze around the obstruction. At the same time, the person could develop loss of blood flow to the area that is obstructed. Eventually, sometimes quickly several things could happen (bowel rupture, "dead bowel", etc.), which could result in death of the person.
i guess you could but with the medical technology available to people today...i doubt it.
