This might seem a little extreme but I think it might help. It helped me. I once shoved a sock in my anus to plug me up. It worked! Now I go once a week and I am freakin' huge!

I think the best advice here would be go and see a doctor as soon as yuo can. This is not normal to be always doing number two's as soon as yu have eaten unless you are like me and have no gould bladder
