How do you get rid of face fat?!


Question: Well, now that I'm in college, I don't have the time to exercise often. Back in high school, I used to be in sports all-year round and not have to worry about being in shape. Now that I barely exercise, I'm gaining weight, mostly on my stomach and face. I've also added some weight to my buttox and legs but that's not really an issue since it actually contributes to my appearance in a good way. I hate face fat. That's the first place I notice when I'm gaining weight. Sometimes when I look down in certain positions, you can see the lines on my neck and the extra padding under my chin. It's not extremely noticeable right now but I have a feeling it will be in the near future. What can I do as far as exercising to get rid of overall fat in the body? Should I run? Lift weights? What exercises specifically target weight loss?

You can not spot reduce. You must lose weight all over, to reduce the fat in your face. Sorry, that's the way it is, bud. Don't believe anyone who says differently.
