Does anyone know of anyways to go through colon cleansing without having to buy !
Question: I'm sure I've answered a similar question before, but I don't buy into any of those "cleansing" products. Just eat foods that are high in fiber so you can keep your system regular.

The majority of the gunk won't go away without some serious help. There's only a few known herbs and an enzyme which will loosen that hard impacted gunk out.
"arise & shine" makes the best by far
pancreatin is the enzyme, it's made from dead animals though, yuck.
