During your illness you probably ate very little. It is not unusual for people who are deprived of food for extended periods to find it difficult to eat much when they are able to eat again. You'd think people who had almost starved to death would be able to eat copious quantities of food but the opposite is true. They can only eat very small morsels until their bodies adapt again.

If you're a young girl, it could just be a sign that your period is approaching. When I had the stomach flu however, I felt like that for only a week. I'd let it play out for a little while longer but you might want to see a doctor.

Go DOCTORS. or eat lots of friut, veg and wholewheat to flush your system

you've basically shrank your stomach. Drinking more water and smaller portions more frequently will help and I hear salads help regulate your stomach as well. The gas is probably because your stomach has shrunk so much everything passes through much quicker since there is such a significant change in portions your eating. Of course your BM's are going to be smaller your eating a lot less as well.

You should see a doctor. I honestly can't answer your question.
