well, first off, spider veins are dead skin trapped underneath live skin (I think)
What I do is if I am in a hurry, simply lick your hand and then rub your skin. This won't remove the spider veins, but does conceal them for a while.
If you have a while, carry around some lotion in your purse then take a trip to the ladies room. Once again, simply rub it on the area to coonceal the spider veins.
If you want, you can have them professionally removed, but it costs about 200 dollars...

as far as i know you can't get rid of spider veins. you can minimize them by not wearing constricting garments to bed...ie...underwear.
