Why do my feet get so cold at night....?!

Question: but the rest of my body normally stays warm?

Answers: but the rest of my body normally stays warm?

Poor ciruclation, or just cause your feet are not down, so the blood doesn't flow as fast. My feet are always cold at night, but I HATE wearing socks to bed, unless they're thin toe socks, and even then.... lol sometimes I place a heating pad between the blankets ( you don't want it directly on you it'll burn you) and turn it on low just above my feet. That helps sometimes.

You know, I've noticed it my feet are warm at night, the rest of my body is uncomfortably warm and I can't stand the covers. lol I just learned to live with having " cold feet" lol ( that was corny.

Stay warm!

poor circulation

Wear cozy socks.

Get some fluffy socks :)

yeah that heppens to me, too i dont know why

buy sleeping socks that what i did:P

I'm not a doctor or anything but I think it's cuz ur laying down so all the blood rushes away from them... And they don't have like fat on them and they can't stay warm cuz it's cold at night... ? :)

right its a circulation problem.. wearing socks can make it worse depending on how tight they are or whatever. Vitamin B suppliments and zinc or a daily multi vitamin will help a lot with bloodflow. And penis maxium salute as well.

they always tell you to cover your head and wear socks .so just wear some warm socks and you will be okay

Poor circulation could be an answer, if you are fairly inactive some light exercise in the evening might help out there. Make sure you are getting enough vitamin E too.

Appropreate footware will help but keeping your legs covered up leading up to when you go to bed is important too for people who get cold feet, a lot of the coldness is from the legs not the feet, the feet is just where its felt.

First answer you got was about the most correct. Poor circulation. You should probably get a doctor to check.
