I have not been sleeping at night for about a month, how can I get back on track!

I have not slept well for more than a year. I don't know what to do : (

This works if you commit to the new schedule: stay up all night and all the next day. Then go to sleep at whatever time you want your new sleep schedule to start at.

do what I did, stay up all night and day until you reach a normal bedtime, for me it's around 12am since i work until 11pm then go to sleep and you should be all set..and also don't drink or eat anything with caffeine past 5pm. good luck and get back to sleep lol ;D

pop a melatonin tablet 10 minutes before you plan to sleep. Do it for several days until you don't need it anymore. Don't worry about taking melatonin pills. Melatonin is naturally occuring in your system.

just check with your doctor and see what is the problem it can also be that you may be going through stress so i suggest that you go to the doctor

My doctor said that if you have trouble going to sleep, you're probably have tension or some unanswered questions that you're worried about. He said, if you wake up in the middle of the night, it's probably depression.
I think the answer is to someway get an attitude adjustment or take sleeping pills until you're better.

about an hoUr before ur usual bedtime take 2-3 benadryl pills (allergy med) if those dont work see ur doctor and ask for a prescription for ambeian thats what i use and it works great

hi! the same thing happened to me about not so long ago...
what i did was take a hot shower or bath with some of the Calgon salts that you put in the shower ot make it smell good.
After you can make yourself some of the sleepytime tea. amke sure that you sip it because if you gulp it down your going to feel hungry.
then just lie down and relax.
by then you will be fast asleep.
