Why does my new dentist have stirrups at the end the chair? Should I worry?!

Does he do oral surgery? When a patient is put-under, they usually are strapped down for safety reasons.
Also, does he would with the mentally disabled, he may have to use the straps for them, too.
I'm sure that you have nothing to worry about....
umm that's odd. maybe he got the chair at some discount place for used medical furniture and it used to belong to a gynecologist.

I've never heard of this. I think you should get another dentist because this guy sounds like bad news. I had a friend that had to have her jaw wired after her boyfriend broke it, and the dentist raped her after he wired it shut. I wonder if you can report or ask the medical/dental board in your State.

That sounds kinda strange, I have never been to a dentist that had stirrups on the chair. Sometimes when medical facilities get new equpiment they donate or have auditions, maybe your dentist got the chair donated.
Where is this doctor....think you can get me an appointment????
