I have a couple of sleep questions?!


Question: -how do i purposely sleepwalk?
-how do i get to sleep better?
-Is there anything to put me in a deep sleep(foods only)?

The best thing to put you into a deep sleep would be to not eat for about 4 hours before sleeping. Valerian tea helps to get better sleep.

UGH! If you want to do Valerian, don't drink the tea, its disgusting! I couldn't even stand the smell of it in my cupboard. Take the capsules instead. A little bit of complex carbs before bed can also help you sleep (like a small bowl of cereal). You can also try melatonin (dietary supplement), but it wont' work if you are under 30 years old. Your body makes enough melatonin on its own if you are any younger. Don't take it if you are taking any SSRIs.
