Yes and it is miserable to have. I switched my diet and for awhile it helped but now it seems to have come back. I usually get it with constipation which I don't know if that is better than suffering with diarrhea. I have medication that helps with the cramping.

my bf does and it is annoying for him. he can need the toilet alot throughout the day. Diet can help control it and you can get tablets for it but it doesnt always work for some people.
