Question: Ouch. it burns when i poop. I don't know what it could be. It hurts the most when i'm actually having a BM. Wiping... omg don't get me started. I bleed from my skin, theres nothing in the stool. And it doesn't help that places i go don't have Soft toilet paper. Just today i went to a chinese place and they used the hand drying papers there. ouch. Theres been blood on wipes only. ouch. anybody know what it could be? and a nice relief remedy would be nice to please.

do you have any A and D ointment? can be just irritated anal wall. if you dont feel any pallops or bumps then you dont have hemerrhoids. (spelling) it sounds to me like you tore yourself. you can do this by having too many bowel movements or having too hard of stool or by grunting and straining to go.... put some a and d ointment cheap and you can get generic brand from CVS walgreens etc. put a dab on a piece of toilet paper and every time you whipe , do it with the ointment on the square of TP... it works when i get sick and have diarrehea.. and it hurts to go after a while... i keep a stock of it LOL especially during flu season

you can use witchhazel astringent found in the rubbing alcohol isle but a and d ointment doesnt sting and feels like instant reliefe

hemorrhoids... go to the doctor.

ouch... that happened with me for a week and hasnt happened since...

just watch the jalapenos and you should be fine ;)

Most likely you have hemorrhoids. "Internal hemorrhoids. You can't see or feel these hemorrhoids. But straining or irritation from passing stool can injure a hemorrhoid's delicate surface and cause it to bleed. You may notice small amounts of bright red blood on your toilet tissue or in the toilet bowl water. Because internal anal membranes lack pain-sensitive nerve fibers, these hemorrhoids usually don't cause discomfort. Occasionally, straining can push an internal hemorrhoid through the anal opening. If a hemorrhoid remains displaced (prolapsed), it can cause pain and irritation."

Sounds like you have either an anal fissure, or a fistula. You should definitely go to your doctor and have it checked out.
