Any suggestions on how to relieve stress??!


Question: 2x a day...
1. Sit in a low lit room and let your eyelids droop (or close).
2. Breath in thru the nose, filling your lungs (upper and lower chambers completely)
3. Exhale gently thru the mouth.
Try to count out 20 repetitions.... when you lose track (you probably will) just gently start your count where you left off.

meditation is very good.
Try yoga, Long walks. Any kind of exercise. It releases a chemical in your brain I think it is endorphins that gives you an uplifted good feeling.
A warm bath will relax you.

Thats's what I do. When I don't feel like punching a pillow

Try exercising,listening to relaxing music, doing a hobby/passion and self-reflection. I usually do it alone so I can think and can focus.

Try letting a puppy lick your face, I do it all the time and it works!
