Why are my hands always cold?!

hey i sometimes have this and i also get really cold feet to. it could be Raynaud syndrome. check this link out it may help :)

you may have short blood circulation or one of my friends is anaemic and that causes her to have cold hands all the time. xxx
I dont think thats too out of the ordinary cause that happens to me too but mostly in the morning when I wake up and at night too haha i like to drink coffee and it always works for me :)
I don't know, it happens to me, too. I'm not anemic or anything. I usually just kind of sit on my hands.
Its probably a circulation problem. My hands use to be like that too. I had taken the vitamin Niacin, but eventually had to stop because my hands literally got to hot. Also vitamin C is supposed to help.
