Bladder Control When Jump-Roping?!

Question: When ever I jump rope, a little bit of pee leaks out when I hit the floor. I know this is a REALLY awkward question, but I need help with it! What can I do to stop this? Oh, and if I go to the bathroom like in the middle of my work-out, then return to what I was doing, I don''t have any more problems, but stopping can be really annoying when there's alot of people around. Thanks for your help!

You can try emptying your bladder before you exercise, or wearing a pad.You may want to see a doctor about this problem as you seem a bit young to have this problem.

I do that sometimes when running really fast.

They say you can do kegel exercises where you
practice holding it instead of peeing, or tense up
and relax the muscles you use to pee.

The Kegel exercises were the first thing I thought of, too. You do sound a little young to be having this problem, so if it persists you might want to see a doctor. I don't know enough to say if this could be a sign of bladder infection or not. Has it always happened? If it's new, that's signifigant.
