Answers: I am not pregnant, I am 29 with low blood pressure & have not injured myself.
Swelling of feet is usually due to a person standing up all day and not relieving the body's pressure to empty the feet of "Pooled" blood. For example with heart patients - standing people have swollen feet every night and not when they wake up each morning-because they were laying down/flat, except for Pt's. who take diuretics, who need the extra kidney boost to filter out the excess bodily fluids in their circulation. You could trying to lift up your feet several times each day or getting off your feet for several minutes if you are working and put your feet up-like on a chair. If you continue to have swollen feet, especially upon arising in the morning, you may get checked out by a MD.

If this is accompanied by shortness of breath, get to a doctor immediately. Could be a sign of congestive heart failure.
You could have low blood pressure and still consume too much salt for your body--- in conjunction with standing on your feet for a prolonged period of time---these combined could be the culprit for the swelling. If the swelling doesn't go down I would call your Dr. 1st thing tomorrow. If you are having headaches or nausea go to the ER.
