hes gonna have to deal with it. thats the crappy part of coming off drugs. unless you are thinking he cant do it on his own, then seek professional help.
Take him to a doctor. It's the best help he can get now, and not be legally charged.
rehab centre or hospital.
Is it your boy, or best freind. It doesnt sound like he needs a best friend, but a dad.

Inquire with his doctor, or the local mental health department about getting him checked, and assorted strategies for treatment.
