How sick am I/ should i see a doctor?!
Question: i have a fever of about 102, i feel a little nauseous, no appetite, have a deep chest cough that causes severe pain to my head whenever i cough (or laugh). i can only really breath through my nose without irritating my cough, and i just had a bloody nose. serious? or just some sort of flu?

You should have someone take you to the clinic or to see your doctor right-away. A fever of 102 says something is going on with your body. A fever is a response. You may just have the flu, but, if you can, have it checked. If it is something more serious, you could lose valuable time in not doing this.

I would definitely be calling my doctor. The deep chest cough with a fever is my concern.
forget a doctor, go to the ER, or an urgent care station, depending on where you live,
go to an ER. sounds serious. A flu or cold can turn into something bad fast.
I would call your doctor and see what they say. Even if it's after hours there should be a nurse on duty who will take down your information and call the doctor who will then call you back.
