Is smoking menthol while sick just as bad as smoking non-menthol?!
Question: I know smoking is bad for you one way or another, but iv heard that if your going to smoke while your sick, its better to smoke a menthol than a normal ciggrette. is this true?

Well considering a lot of cough drops contain menthol i could imagine that someone would say its better for you. But if you have a sore throat I would try to not smoke so much all together. Let you're throat heal a bit.
Its just as bad if not worse.
Smoking is smoking no matter what it is.
You'd be surprised how much faster the body heals if ya stopped smoking atleast while ya sick or injured and take alot of vitamin C cause our bodies don't store it and smoking ciggies takes it away. I wish you wellness.... Oh and i stick to my own marlboro reds(caugh)(caugh) Hehehehe

All smoking is bad for you. Stop while you can. My husband always said he could not stop cause he had smoked for too long. He had a heart attack last year and has not had a cigarette or anything else since that day. See, it can be stopped if you want to stop bad enough.
