I don't know what kind of Government medical insurance you mean, unless it is through medicare, part D. Which is good, be sure they company you use covers your medications.
Humana is good so far for me, which is through medicare.
But part D only covers medication. A and B cover Dr and hospital 80% then your are responsible for all the rest.

If you can get state, that would be even better, as medicaid, and pay nothing.;;;;;;;
