I want to grow taller! What can I do!?!


Question: im 5' 7"- 5' 8" ish and im 15. turning 16 in august
i no im still young but i want to at least hit 5' 10" if not 6'

i lift weights alot and i hope that has nothing to do with it. which i dont think it will.. but sometimes my back and knees hurt after i do something like powercleans or squats.. which i dont do much of anyway

one time after i ran around my neighborhood.. my right knee felt really loose but later that day, it honestly felt like it was broken, whenever i bent down to get something on the ground, this sharppppp pain shot up my leg and i couldnt go any lower

i hope that wont affect my growing..

any tips on what i can do to stimulate height growth?
how much milk i should drink a day?
any exercises i can do?

You will probably grow another 3 inches in the next 3 years to peak at 5'10 or 5'11.

Plenty of protein, calcium and zinc will ensure NORMAL growth and a deficiency can STUNT it.

Growth pills will help to ensure NORMAL growth so you don't really need them.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do or eat or drink that will make you grow any faster than NORMAL.

People who think that you can grow faster than NORMAL probably believe in Santa Clause as well. Welcome to the real world.

but keep lifting
and if your knees hurt then take it down a knotch

I heard working out has something to do with height...especially lifting weights...eat healthy foods and drink lots of milk...get your vitamins.

theres nothing that i really know of to stimulate growing but you should be fine your knee sounds like it won't affect your growing. your height is in most cases due to your heredity so look at your parents height. but you're only 15 and you still have some growing room so i think you might be able to hit 5'10.

my joints were popping when i was working out and I started taking calcium and it;s all good

if you want to grow taller you need to stop lifting weights
boys grow till they're 25 , girls 18

I was 16 when I startes lifting and I was 6ft tall
I never grew an inch since

if i was you I would do push ups and pull ups
