Do I have a hemorrhoid?!
Question: For the past couple of days I have had a stabbing pain around my anus that gets worse when I sit. Plus, there is pain in my lower ab area that hurts if I'm sitting and lessens when I stand. I'm having regular bowel movements and everything else is find. No fever, nausea or appetite loss. Any suggestions?

I'll bet you have a fibroid, non-cancerous, tumor. They are quite common and I have one. These were my symptoms. Hemmorrhoids create bleeding and a different pain. My sis has those. But you sound just like me with the symptoms. It's a good idea to get it checked out because they can get really big.
It is best to see a doctor. No one here can examine you.
