Question: What is it when you get a ringing in your ear? I haven't heard a tail once that says that when you have a ringing in your ear that someone is talking about you....what really is it?

It's called tinnitus I have it and it sucks There is no known cure

Well its not what you think but its called tinnitus .I have it 24/7 and its not easy to get used to but I'm cool with it know.Its from loud music,stress,trauma,to many aspirin,drugs.If you want it to get louder or worse just keep that up.Good luck
