try going to sleep earlier than usual

get the flying alarm clock-
(I tried pasting in the address but if you search yahoo for "flying alarm clock" there are many websites that sell it)
Its an alarm clock that has a self-propelled thing that flys around your room...you have to get it and put it back in the freggin base for it to shut off...

its so freggin annoying but it will make you get up for sure!

get 4 alarm clocks put them around your bedroom separate them, but put them as far away from your bed so you'd have to get up to turn them off, set one at 6:45, set one at 6:47, set the rest with 2 minute intervals....

this won't give you time to go back to bed...

i hope it works for you...

or you can tell a very good friend to keep calling you at that time until you wake up.

Well, I guess it is too late to advise you not to take a 7:30 class! I never did well in 8:00 classes ick. I just recently read an article about sleep and how it works. Your body gets used to getting up early in the morning, it's not so much when you go to bed, although that helps. I'm hoping that wasn't too confusing... heh! It also helps if you have a schedule for getting up early, like you get up early every day. If you just get up early 3x a week or so, you'll never really get into the jive... I did that for like 4 years, and I was sleep deprived the whole time! lame!

I'd try to get to bed by 9:30 or 10pm. Take Valerian root, or drink an oz of hard liquor, or take a bath and get really relaxed before going to bed. That'll help. Anywho, sorry about the 7:30 class. I'd probably not make it either. Some people just aren't morning people (that'd be me too!).

Good luck!
