Rest and drink lots of sugarless fluids. Cut out dairy and sugar. Hot showers help the lungs and sinuses along with humidifying the air. Fresh fruits, fresh fruit and vegetable juices should help your body cleanse itself and if you don't feel much better in a few days or if your mucus turns anything but clear or white, go see a doctor. Hope you are feeling better soon.
Put some warm olive oil in your ear and let it set for a few minutes then flush out your ear with water.
Please go to the doctor's or a clinic. You may have a sinus infection which has clogged up your ear. Since we are not doctors, let a professional look at your ear to diagnose your situation. Good luck and i hope you are feeling better very soon.
You probably just have fluid clogging your ear. I would use anyone elses suggestions, the thing that works best for me is putting warm fluid in your ear, lay down on your side, (the one without the ear problem) for 5-10 min, then tilt your head normally for abou 1-2 min, then turn your head to the side with the fluid in it and let your ear drain out. Weirdly, you can do this with eye drops, it works for me at least. If it doesn't get better soon or if it gets worse go see a doctor.
