Do you like your right big toe better ? Perhaps because of the extra love and affection you shower on it, it feels nurtured and secure, thereby growing that much faster and stronger, basking in the glow of your care.
Or, maybe your left big toe feels neglected, abandoned, like the redheaded stepchild, feeling inferior, sad and depressed. You should treat you toes as equals, don't play favorites, man, that's not fair to your left toe.
Or, maybe you just dropped a hammer on it when you were a kid, and just don't remember. Hmm ?

It may have to do with the fact that one side of our body is larger than the other. Yes, one arm is bigger, than the other, etc.

People that write with their right hand tend to have their fingernails on that hand grow faster because the constant movement promotes blood flow to the nails. Maybe you tend to do something more with your right leg or foot that's bringing it more circulation
you may be an alien mutant left here from an advanced race from the future. Or maybe your shoes don't fit well and the left toe is getting cramped. I think I'll spend more time on your next Q. :)
