Answers: I've done this everyday for the past two weeks?

Believe it or not, the human brain is a very complex and intersting thing. Even till now, nobody can unlock the full potential and mystery behind this gift.

What you are experiencing is common. it is true that everyone of us has a "virtual alarm clock" in the brain. I have tested it myself and it works. Even though we are asleep , our brain is still able to keep track of the time an wake you up unconciously.
I personally do not use a alarm clock, i have trained myself to let the brain wake you. Its more efficient and accurate. This is a mystery but it works. try it. If you want to wake up at a specific time the next day, lie on your bed and think and focus on it quite abit before you sleep. make sure the time is the only thing you are thinking about and waking up as well. you will see the effect . if it does not work in 1 daY, TRY DOING IT FOR 2-3 DAYS. it will work. try focusing on the time you nwanna wake up at instead.

something must wake you or osmething.

Must be the end of a sleep cycle.

Insomnia

Many of my friends wake up around 3 a.m. depending on day light savings time, 4 a.m. I wish I knew what it was. I thought it was something to do with the time I went to sleep and the fact that I usually don't go past 5 hours in between meals, and maybe it's my subconscious thinking I need to eat. I think it's interesting that I am sleepy around 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. the day before. I also found that I slept the entire night when I wear ear plugs.

because it seems u r concious of ur time... before u sleep, pray, that u will sleep well and tight... ok, sweet dreams!

because it's 4am. man that's early. why wouldn't you go back to sleep. anybody would. it's normal

I wake up at 630 every morning ...just a habit i guess

r u do n drugs

Have you ever seen the Exercism of Emily Rose?? Hmmmmm

Its just your mental alarm clock going off.
What time do you normally wake up?
Do you have a schedule that changes?

I've noticed that in some of my dreams, I'll dream that I'm looking at a clock trying to see what time is, and then I instantly wake up and check the time.
Also, I always wake up everyday at 7:15am (exactly) because on Monday and Wednesday I have a class at that time.

Its just something your mind does.
