The agar plates used in microbiology (plates for growing bacteria in the lab) are already made from sheep's blood. If you go to your local hospital, then go to the lab and ask to see a supervisor. Explain to her (or him) what you're doing and they may just give you one. Where are you incubating this culture? Do you have a constant temp monitoring system? Sterile instruments? gloves? All are necessary for controlled environments and reduction of contaminants.

Anyway, go to your local butchers. They give the stuff away.
Go to the butcher at your local supermarket. They might not have it on hand but they can certainly order it. If your supermarket does have it then try a specialty grocer.
Seems like a vampire's desire . I think the movies like Blade and Underworld had an influence upon u ! anyways the butcher's shop is the option if u r not living in an area where they raise sheep
