60 hours or 2.5 days working on a special particle accelerator called a synchrotron collecting data for my Ph.D. What made it challenging was I had to think really hard the entire time, use liquid nitrogen, and handle equipment that I think cost several hundred million dollars. I remember thinking "please don't let me break it even though I'm delirious."

Four days with the aid of drugs. I saw a lot of things floating in the air by that time.

28 hours. i didn't hallucinate though. my head just ached so much.
I just set this record two weekends ago. I work nights on weekends and stayed up from noon on Saturday to 7 a.m. on Monday which was 43 hours. I stayed up that long cause when I got off work Sunday @ 6 a.m. I went to the casino and was winning, didn't leave there until it was time to go back to work for my next double so I had to rough it. I did not see random pictures floating through the air, however at times it seemed like I was floating through the air.

I stayed up for almost 7 days, years ago, on meth. I was hallucinating bad at the end. I don't do that crap any more, but I am a natural insomniac. Every night I take an Ambien and 2 Tylenol p.m. and still only sleep for about 5 hours. Without the sleeping pills I only sleep about 1 1/2 to 2 hours a night. Been that way for years.... Sucks!!!
