I have headaches alot?!

Question: My Dad thinks that I have bad eyes (need glasses) when I have been tested negative for glasses, my diet, or that I am under stress. He says that it is nothing but I am really worried that I have like a brain tumor or cancer. Please help me I am really worried. Or your opinion on what it could be.

I am sure everyone on this board will agree that you should seek sound medical advice. I too get headaches from time to time, mine are usually caused by lack of sleep, or missed meals.

Sorry about your headaches, try not to worry until you see a doctor.

Do you eat healthy? Do you sit at the computer a lot? Do you watch too much tv? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you stressed out? Think about these questions. One of them is most likely the reason. I had the same problem. I went to get a cat scan and nothing was wrong with my brain. It was just stress.

My sister had this it was iron deficiency...try taking iron or eating food with iron (ex. steak) or some more protin if u are really worried go to the doctor

I get headaches a lot too. I think its the junk food I eat and I get dehydrated too. Just watch your diet and try some relaxing techniques and see if that helps.
Also there is a brand of aspirin called BC or Goodys. They are both good. They are powdered and don't taste great but work really quick. Best thing for a headache.

Things would be a lot worse if you had a brain tumor or cancer. Like blackouts a lot, and memory loss. You mught just have headaches a lot, a lot of people have the same thing.

are you in your teenage years, because it might be hormonal

Do you drink enough water?? Often this can be a dehydration problem.
It also could be a food allergy or reaction to something in your immediate environment.
Try rubbing a drop of lavender oil into your tmples and see if that helps. And drink lots!!
