Cold water make you cramp?!

yes there is some truth to your saying. I'm a NCSF Certified personal trainer, when ever someone asks me about warm or cold water to drink when exercising, i recommend room temp water. The reason for this is that your body can put the water to use a lot faster than if the water was cold. when water is cold the body has to use energy to warm it up before it can be processed for hydration. when you lose energy in that manner it may cause cramps.

NO COLD WATER WILL NOT MAKE HIM CRAMP, BUT IF TOO COLD CAN GIVE HIM BRAIN FREEZE WHICH IS FIXED IMMEDIATELY BY A TEPID DRINK.
EATING PLENTY OF BANANAS WILL STOP OR PREVENT CRAMPAS THEY ARE FULL OF POTASSIUM, ALSO A DRINK OF ELECTROLYTES TO REPLACE MINERALS FROM SWEATING.
