yes. believe it or not, caffeine is incredibly bad for you. i was doing inventory in my biotech lab and it was a 3 out of 4 for toxicity.

You are addicted to caffiene and going through withdrawal so either taper slowly or drink more.

yes, I suffer from them as well. I have cut out all caffeine, chocolate, and other caffeine related products and have been good for over a year.

Moderation is the key

My stepmom had the same problem, stopped drinking coffee and it was fine in the end. It doesn't mean you should stop drinking it altogether, just maybe not as much.

I would say no, only because when I get migraines, I've often been instructed to drink something with caffeine to shrink the blook vessels in your head.
If you are a girl, migraines have been suspected to be related to your "time of the month".
You should probably see your doctor if you've only just started getting them.

too much caffiene can cause head aches but so can many other things such as stress and even diet sodas headaches are hard to avoid

It depends how much you are drinking. If it's only 3 or 4 cups of instant per day, or 1 or 2 cups of real coffee, then it's very unlikely to cause migraines unless you happen to be very sensitive to caffeine. If you're drinking significantly more than that, then it could be the cause. It may only be temporary, until your body gets used to caffeine. But there are other causes of migraines. The only way to gain more information is to stop coffee for a while, then restart it and note down when migraines occur.

There is another cause of migraines, which account for many people's, but it's not commonly known about. If you have been under stress, or have had a lot of viral infections for a few years, the level of carbon dioxide in your body can fall, and without CO2, the blood vessels constrict. Migraines can be the body's attempt to widen them. This can be treated by using a breathing device ordered from Russia. I'll give you the link. It requires perseverance and is not an overnight cure, but it worked for me.

It's worth using if your migraines continue, but try cutting out caffeine first. Good luck

Migraines are caused by lots of different things there is a possibility its the caffeine but more likely to be caused by stress .When you are anxious you tense the muscles in your neck which can cause terrible migraines i have suffered with them for years .
Try to relax and eliminate any problems that may be lurking Good luck.
