My feet are always cold. What might be the cause of this?!

Question: Cold feet may indicate bad circulation in general, but seriously cold feet is related to ischaemic problems rather than neuropathy (which has warmth).
You say 'always' so it might not be serious, because ischaemic cold feet (along with other symptoms) is a serious condition which deteriorates quickly,

Try massaging your feet and lower legs and retaining heat with good woollen socks.

poor circulation
medications can cause it too
blood pressure issues

Try wearing socks? I don't know, do you walk around barefoot often?

MINE TOO

Getting checked for Diabetes would be a good idea. I have known people who had it and thier feet were always cold. Also, it could be poor blood circulation.
