Is it true that a nurse have to clean people's private parts?!

Yes, RNs do this! It is a part of patient care. CNAs and techs help with this, but they are not always available. The RN can't say "that's not my job" and just leave the patient.

no...nurses aide does it...Im a nurse i dnt.....some lpn do not RN..

Only some nurses do, not all.

Get used to it or find another profession.

well like if somebodys old and in a nursing home and cant take care of themselfs
yea they have somebody who does that but i dont think its like a regular nurse tho ( =

Yes. If you have a problem with doing this, then don't become a nurse. People get sick and can't take care of themselves so someone has to do it.
