How long does it take for pills to dissolve in your stomach??!
Question: I am home sick with the flu bug or something...lots of vomiting:( I took my birth control pill about 30 minutes ago (also swallowed down some chicken noodle soup to have something on my stomach) Now i am feeling very nauseated and fell like i could get sick again and i am trying to hold it in untill my pill desolves. How long until i can keep my body from getting sick???

I heard 2 hours. If you vomit in less than 2 hours, you need to take another pill. Maybe call your OB/Gyn and ask, they probably have an after hours answering service and can page a doctor to talk to you.

Start taking from light food,You may take soups.Next time use condoms for contraception nor the pills if you and your partner are having sexually active life.Enjoy..have fun
