Always getting sick... why?!

Question: I've had myself tested and so far I'm not really allergic to anything and my immune system is healthy. I take a daily vitamin along side echinacea and garlic. I eat at least one salad a day, drink orange juice or v8 when I'm eating something unhealthy, and I am always exercising at work (lifting televisions is more work than you'd think).

But still, it seems like every week I have a new cold.

Last week, I spent my days off throwing up... this weak, I've got a headcold! What am I doing wrong? Is it just because I'm working with too much dust... and if so, why aren't my coworkers the same?

You need to go to a new doctor for a second opinion. There are a lot of things it could be. Don't ask YA.

If that is all you are eating and drinking in a day you are under nourishing yourself. You need to eat more than that. Don't eat the unhealthy stuff. Sounds to me that you are binging and purging. You need to change your mind set on how you think you look. Eat healthy and eat a lot more. Be sure to drink plenty of water to hydrate yourself and help clean out you system.

Think of your body as an engine the more good fuel you put in the better it performs, use spinach instead of salad, prepare meals from fresh ingredients, take plenty of exercise
