They make me feel better temporarily, but here's the thing, your body actually has to make more energy to heat it up to body temperature so you may be hotter in the long run. While I always prefer them to be cold, I believe that it is recommended that they are room temperature when you are either overheated or running a temp.
Bad for you.
Your body comes down with a fever because something is attacking it. It's nature's way of helping your body heal itself.
But, cold drinks always make me feel better when I have a fever, so I say go for it!
bad just drink room tempature water alot i say about 5 bottles a day take a tylonel DONT take aspirin you could get siri syndrom take a damp washcloth and lay it on your forhead and rest alot to recover. take it easy dont do tough things youll ge tbetter.
