Does anyone else have a phobia of vomiting and getting a stomach?!

No I don't, but I don't like to vomit. It's terrible & sometimes it can hurt.

Are you sure you have a "phobia" about it or just had bad vomiting & stomach bugs in the past? Do you get panic attacks when you have to?

You can keep Emetrol & Pepto Bismol in the house just in case. Both stop nausea. So do ginger candies.

Yes. I sanitize my hands frequently when I'm in public, because I fear getting a stomach flu. For some people (like myself, and probably you as well) throwing up is NOT a release. When I vomit, I actually feel WORSE.
