i did that when i got bored at school. if its unbleached i wouldent even think twice even if it is i would not worry
I've eaten pages out of the bible before....lol
I was real little. My sister and I pretended we were goats. We didn't know it was the bible.
Anyway, considering that, and the fact that I still sometimes eat paper when I have nothing to do, I'd say no. To both.
guess the only hazard would be too much fiber lol
