What's exactly happening to me? any advice?!


Question: since i started my school term last Aug, i've been losing weight of about 7kg partly because of the stress that's causing me.

and as time goes on, i eat lesser. but i always thought it's all about the stress and it'll be fine and i'll get back to the same again.

right now, i eat very little. mostly one meal per day. mainly because i hate the sight of food and even those food that seems to be my favourite are a sore to me now. i tried to eat but i'll feel like vomitting. and i have no idea why i keep on feeling upset about my life. no worries, it's not because i've got low self-esteem. i really dislike the way am feeling now and refusing to eat. and i looked a little too skinny on my upper body and i know im getting unhealthy. what's going on huh?

You have to see a doctor and get a general checkup. What are your parents doing about this problem?

Get atleast 8 hours of sleep at night. Take multivitamins. Try to eat small portion of food several times a day. Do this until you get professional help.

Beats me...maybe, a lack of purpose

u sound annorexic 2 me hun.. u shuld try 2 eat tho u dont want 2 get 2 sick, which i hope u dont take care of yourself....

Try to eat a baked potatoe the enzyms in it help with vomiting. So try eating one and that might help with holding down any other foods. If you don't feel like eating at least try to get Ensure. It will help with the rapid weight loss and you can still be healthy. Still try to eat more than one meal per day.

Ask your parents to make you a doctor's appointment.

You don't have anorexia, because anorexic's don't look at themselves and believe they are getting too thin.

There are many illnesses that can cause what you are describing and some of them are life threatening. Some are psychologically induced, and some are biological in nature.

Please see a doctor.

you need to go in for a check up - see a doctor. these symptoms could be anything from - as you said - stress, to God forbid Cancer. there is also a whole range of possibilities in between of course. see a doctor, have some blood tests or scans done and just go from there - also try to stop being stressed out, it is unhealthy in itself. good luck.

#1 get more friends , go to a cherch groop or dance . ok maybe im the 1 that needs friends . lol. but as for food a lot of it has to do with stress and the fact you spend more time thinking about school and your friend that you dont take time for your self . im not talking about an hour or 2 . more like a day or week . ware its all about you . and when you feal good you eat good . you sonund like a varry smart girl that just needs to talk about her day w/out having to worry about what your friend is thinking .
