Emergency! thanks.?!


Question: I cannot stop #2ing [you know, the brown stuff in the restroom] for the whole day. I am completely serious. Two days ago, I had food poisoning. Yesterday, i was feeling alot better. In the morning, I was in perfect condition. After lunch, I cannot stop #2ing. It just kept on coming. I do not feel pain. It's slippery and little by little. When it comes, I have to run to the restroom immediately. What should I do and why is this happening? This is completely serious. I need help. Person who helps get 10 points!

Don't panic. this is very normal after you have had food poisioning. it is just yout body's way of cleaning itself out. Just make sure you are drinking LOTS of water you can get dehydrated very easily when you have diareaha. If you can, have someone go to the store and pick up some gatorade or any other power drink (they have electrolites in them) this will help Also eat Yogurt. this containes the good bacteria that your body needs now apple juice is good too.. Make a list of these things and have someone go get them for you. You will feel better tomorrow. If you don't feel better by tomorrow go see your Doctor.

I'm sure you will be much better by then.. just drink, drink, drink....

this is probably the after effects of the food poisoning...get on a BRAT diet, eating bananas, rice applesauce and tea...don't eat a lot...relax and let your body cleanse itself of the poison..keep liquids in you...
if you still feel bad in 24 hours, call the doctor

Bacteria from food poisoning take your body a while to get rid of and by cleaning out your system it is your body's way of eliminating it. It has to go somewhere. Be thankful you are not throwing up also or having severe cramping which are very common symptoms when there's bacterial food poisoning. Go get a supplement of probiotics (good bacteria) that can help rid the bad and aid in quicker recovery. Esp. if you have to take any antibiotis that kill the good and the bad. What is in yogurt is not enough, and there is not enough strains or types to replace what you may be losing. At least 6-8 types. Drink lots of water to help flush you out. If you get diahrea it's a good sign too. As long as you're eliminating frequently you'll be better soon. Good luck!
